裸跑的程序无法运行的问题

程序应该已经是成功下载，但在运行不了，调试信息如下：

[3] Download Linux Kernel to Nand Flash

[7] Download Program (uCOS-II or TQ2440_Test) to SDRAM and Run it
[8] Boot the system
[9] Format the Nand Flash
[0] Set the boot parameters
[a] Download User Program (eg: uCOS-II or TQ2440_Test)
Download LOGO Picture (.bin) to Nand  Flash
[l] Set LCD Parameters
[r] Reboot u-boot
[t] Test Linux Image (zImage)
[q] quit from menu

请问这是什么问题？如何解决？

s3c2440 sdram的起始地址是0x3000000，个人感觉是这个错误

那如何修改下载的地址呢。

命令7使用的USB下载地址在DNW的configuration-》options-》USB ADDRESS下设置的。

好像ARM7 SDRAM起始地址是0x0C000000，
ARM9 SDRAM起始地址是0x30000000

0x30000000是TQ2440中的SDRAM的起始地址，和ARM9，ARM7无关。
