android E9开发板插着usb设备无法启动

系统烧录成功之后用hdmi  vga显示都正常
手里有usb接口的触摸屏，电容   电阻都有 ！插着usb启动板子，无法启动成功！如果启动完成之后再插usb触摸屏是没问题的！
