请教天嵌工程是:nand flash出问题了?

新板子TQ2440,烧写了zImage_2.6.13_w35和root_2.6.13_qt_tp.bin
超级终端显示如下信息: 难道nand flash坏了??????

在uboot下载模式下,使用命令9-》命令1格式化nand flash后重新烧写uboot,内核镜像、文件系统到Nand Flash中。
