nand flash需要格式化吗？？

我之前在NAND flash中下载了WINCE系统，运行成功，后来又在NAND flash中下载Linux系统，下载过程中提示很多“Bad block at 0x2ee0000 in erase block from 0x2ee0000 will be skipped”，可是下载还在进行，下载完毕后，从NAND flash中重新运行，发现无法运行，提示“##### EmbedSky BIOS for SKY2440/TQ2440 #####

我试验过了，确实需要格式化

你应该之前烧写过了WinCE，然后改为烧写Linux，就需要格式化Nand。
