你压根都没有移植yaffs到内核中。内核启动时一点yaffs的信息都没有。

我确实移植yaffs了。uboot下，烧写到nandflash中，按的是6选项。烧写完我就重启。

你烧写的yaffs文件系统镜像是什么名字？你的TQ2440开发板的Nand Flash是256MB的，你应该烧写256MB的文件系统。
