这里我怎么改分区都创建不了分区。

从你的打印信息看来。你的文件系统没挂载呀。你可以看一下你的menuconfig 配置有没选上！

没有yaffs文件系统的打印信息，很有可能是配置没选上

添加yaffs2文件系统支持到内核，参考移植手册。
