文件系统挂接不上

我按照天嵌linux移植step by step 制作完文件系统烧写进开发板中，重启，文件系统挂接不上，出现下列问题。请高手指点。

具体错误是failed to execute /linuxrc
kernel panic -not syncing: no init found . try passing init =option to kernel
