出厂镜像文件烧写后启动失败

我刚买的TQ2440，我用光盘里的出厂镜像文件烧写到板子上，启动内核时失败，最后打印信息如下：

请问是什么原因，拿到是出厂镜像有问题吗？

你有没有烧错镜像 ，像256的烧成128的之类的。可以在我们的论坛上找到相关的镜像试下
