烧写PDA，结果启动时却卡在开机logo处，为何？

想烧个PDA的文件镜像，选的是256M的那个
结果烧写后打到nand那边启动确是卡在开机logo就没反应了，连接终端后显示串口信息大体如下，请问是什么原因呢

烧写完按8，启动系统，然后报错信息大体如上，启动不了，这是怎么回事？是镜像有问题吗

我也有同样的问题，你有没有解决啊，可以告诉我下！！！！

解决没有，同样问题！根本无法烧写PDA——256M 烧写
