'addr' -> address for read or write
'val' -> value for read or write

You specify the address [0x0] for writing
Write 0x11 to [0x0]
value = 22 = 0x16
-> eepromRdWr 0,0x1,0x12
Write 0x12 to [0x1]
value = 22 = 0x16

Write 0x13 to [0x2]
value = 22 = 0x16
