你的文件系统是自己做的吗？编译busybox用的编译器和编译内核的编译器是相同的吗？文件系统中的lib目录下的库文件也是来源编译busybox的编译器吗？

是根据手册上的步骤自己做的文件系统，是光盘自带的4.3.3编译器，编译busybox和内核也都是这个编译器。不知道原因出在哪里。

你把光盘里面的文件系统烧写到开发板中试试呢，

从光盘中出厂镜像合集中的root_qtopia_2.2.0_2.6.30.4_256MB_20091030.bin烧录进去后提示少很多文件但是总算移植成功，自己的还是不行:( 。另外我是用ubuntu9.10做开发的，不知道这是不是会影响。

不好意思，这几天忙于制作视频教程，没来得及更新论坛。
前面给你说了，串口给出的提示信息里面表明了是GLIBC库和GCC库出错了，然后你又说所有的文件都是使用相同的编译器编译的，我分析认为是你的文件系统中没有添加对应的库导致的。并且你编译busybox时选择库时是不是使用的静态编译？如果不是静态编译，你需要添加busybox所需要的库到文件系统中。
