yaffs文件系统还是内核问题

我按着教程4.2做到了第12部，结果zImage下进去，再yaffs镜像（自己做一部分另一部分粘贴的）下进去就只能看到logo，之后就是一半的白屏，串口信息如下：不晓得是什么意思了？
我把出厂的内核和镜像下进去就可以，而出厂的内核+自己的yaffs镜像就老是重启
