这两个东西不对
但是我不知道怎么改

根据以上信息，你应该是没有按照手册上面所讲，替换掉DM9000.c文件，因为2.6.25.8自带的那个DM9000的驱动是不行的，你需要用2.6.24以下的内核里面的dm9000.c文件来替换。
