求救！11关于usb局域网的问题

我是用的是Dlink—G122的无线网卡，芯片是RT73的插入后显示

不知道驱动是否支持，还有iwlist scanning可以搜出网络
但是使用iwconfig essid“ ”连接的时候就无法连接上。（局域网没有密码，而且屏蔽了网卡，网段也是一样的
