编译好的内核下载到tq2440后无法启动

我把光盘里\TQ2440_CD\Linux资源\Linux源码包\2.6.30.4解压后直接make zImage，烧写到板子上之后boot the system就一直处在booting Linux...不能往下走了，这是什么情况？

Download LOGO Picture (.bin) to Nand  Flash
[l] Set LCD Parameters
[o] Download u-boot to Nor Flash
[r] Reboot u-boot
[t] Test Linux Image (zImage)
[q] quit from menu
