按照步骤烧写Linux系统，屡次无法成功

Linux 烧写
第一：首先烧写nor:什么都没有的开发板，需要在nor flash 烧写uboot文件，用h-jtag或者j-link，
第二：第一步完成之后，在nor下面启动，选择1，烧写uboot，文件还是uboot

第三：在nand模式下启动，进入烧写模式，
选择2，烧写eboot，
选择3，烧写zImage，                          
选择b，烧写logo，
最后选择6，烧写文件系统，就是那个root_qt的文件，
烧写完后，选择8可以进入linux系统，
按照以上步骤进行的，最后按8，终端显示如下：

怎么解决呢？
还有eboot不是烧写wince系统才用吗？这里烧写有什么用？
我选了EBOOT_Q35_20100120.nb0烧写进去了。

补充一句，上述烧写直接导致的结果是：开发板无法进入系统，屏幕显示logo

看打印好像环境变量写的ROOT格式和加的不一致，你换个文件系统格式文件试试

以前重新烧过   但是没有烧写eboot
天嵌使用手册教程中有写的
在这一章节，别烧错文件了

不用烧写eboot，LZ多了这一步

按照手册上的做就可以了

选择2，烧写eboot，
如楼上2位所言，试下将这个改成uboot看下

我这里就两个Linux文件系统镜像
root_qt_4.5_2.6.30.4_256MB_20091216.bin和root_qtopia_2.2.0_2.6.30.4_256MB_20091216.bin
我重新烧写了都不行。
我每次都从nor启动，把NAND擦一遍start address 0x0 ，size 256m
然后依次烧写uboot到NAND
然后从NAND启动，烧写Linux内核：zImage
然后烧写文件系统。 这个流程应该再没有错了吧？

另外我有个问题是，能重复烧写文件系统吗？就是不重头开始，烧写一次文件系统失败后，直接再烧写一次文件系统？

如果你玩LINUX就不用EBOOT，不一定按顺序，我都是直接加的，不用擦，怀疑他做那个菜单加的时候自动会擦，。UBOOT+KERNEL+ROOT，他这个是这样的

昨天晚上，终于烧写成功，所以还是我自己来回复一下吧。
烧写失败的根本原因是，我的资料比较陈旧，是我买板子之前从网上下载下来的，后来买板子以后，觉得资料差不多，就没有用光盘里面的资料。最近，一一对比，发现光盘里面的资料是更新过的。唉····

更新我的光盘资料以后，烧写还出现过几次问题，但是重复几次，按步骤来最终还是成功了。
万事开头难，终于把简单的烧写完成了，要进一步开始学习了，希望与大家共同探讨！

最好下载板子配套的资料

怀疑你烧写的内核镜像或文件系统镜像有问题（内核的问题大于文件系统镜像）。

楼主很好，我正好也遇到这个问题了，明天去拷贝新资料
